ETA Form 9142A is the "H-2A Application for Temporary Employment Certification." Employers use it to apply for temporary agricultural workers when U.S. workers are unavailable.
The ETA Form 9127 is a "Foreign Labor Certification Quarterly Activity Report" used by State Workforce Agencies to document foreign labor certification activities.
ETA Form 9141, "Application for Prevailing Wage Determination," is used by employers to establish fair wages for foreign workers to prevent wage suppression.
This is crucial for employment-based visas.
The ETA Form 9141C is an addendum to Form 9141, allowing employers to request multiple prevailing wage determinations for different occupations or locations in a single submission.
