Labor-management partnerships exist across all industries and sectors of our economy — healthcare, communications, manufacturing, retail food, and construction, just to name a few. We are building a network of stakeholders in the labor-management partnership community to showcase the positive effects these partnerships have on the workforce. By publicizing and promoting available resources, employers, employees, unions, and joint labor-management cooperatives, can gain the knowledge to participate in, create, and maintain successful labor-management partnerships.
