Federal Contract Compliance

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) administers and enforces several federal laws that promote equal employment opportunity for workers employed by federal contractors and subcontractors. OFCCP oversees compliance of Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) federal laws.
