How can I ensure my employees are informed of their rights?

Your workers need to know about their workplace rights. You have the responsibility to inform your workers of their rights by providing notices and/or posting them in the workplace. The U.S. Department of Labor provides free electronic copies of all required notices and posters, and many are available in multiple languages. You do not have to pay for Labor Department posters.

You can take the following steps to learn about required workplace posters
