OFCCP holds those who do business with the Federal government—contractors and subcontractors—responsible for complying with the legal requirement to take affirmative action and not discriminate on the basis of disability or status as a protected veteran. You can file a complaint with OFCCP if you think you have been discriminated against in employment, or in applying for employment, by a company doing business with the Federal Government because of your disability or status as a protected veteran. You can also file a complaint if you believe the employer harassed, intimidated, threatened, coerced, or discriminated against you for filing a complaint or for participating in a complaint investigation or compliance evaluation conducted under Section 503 or VEVRAA.
