We prepare America's service members, veterans and military spouses for meaningful careers, provide them with employment resources and expertise, protect their employment rights, and promote their employment opportunities.

In-person and virtual OBTT workshops are exclusively for veterans, veterans currently serving in the National Guard and Reserve, and their spouses to help them meet their career goals.

VETS offers three types of grants to organizations that provide employment and training related services to veterans. See if you qualify!

The Employment Navigator and Partnership Program (ENPP) provides 1-on-1 career assistance to interested transitioning service members and their spouses at select military installations worldwide.
