Who We Are
The Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) connects federal employers nationwide with college students, graduate students, and recent graduates with disabilities who are eager to demonstrate their abilities in the workplace through internships or permanent jobs. Since 1995, WRP has helped federal employers meet their talent needs with qualified candidates with disabilities seeking internships or permanent jobs. WRP also assists federal agencies in complying with requirements under Section 501 of the Rehabilitation Act.
