The U.S. Department of Labor's (DOL) National Contact Center provides employees and employers with consistent, accurate, and current information for all DOL programs. The center provides nationwide toll-free services to our customers with questions about employment, unemployment, wages, workplace safety and health, pension and health benefits, workplace injuries as well as all other general DOL related inquiries. In addition, the center will refer any specific inquiry from the American public to the appropriate DOL office.
