The Employee Benefits Security Administration’s Benefits Advisors help America’s workers and retirees to understand and exercise their rights to employee benefits under the law. When needed, we also help workers, retirees, and their families recover any benefits they may be entitled to.
Guidance and support are also offered to plan fiduciaries and practitioners who seek to better understand and comply with the law.
